Gifts That Touch The Spirit

Hi, and welcome to my site. I'm Rod Hess, and since we might do business together, I thought you might want to know a little bit about me. . .

I am a native of Pittsburgh, PA. I graduated from Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School, Duquesne University (BA Sociology) and the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Social Work (MSW).

Early in my professional career, I had the opportunity to experience "how to" change the "organizational culture," both in graduate school and when I was part of a management team that turned around the Glen Mills Schools, a residential treatment facility for adolescent male offenders, near Philadelphia, PA. This experience gave birth to the employee/organizational training and development programs that I currently teach in the fields of business, education, human services and team sports. The above experiences helped me to find "my path" in life. While on my path, the many obstacles and opportunities I faced over the years gave birth to many ideas that have come to fruition. As you will see, there is an eclectic array of "gifts that touch the spirit." I will be adding new gifts as the ideas evolve. So, if you like what is currently on my site, re-visit it periodically.
